Product Developer

Your Role & Responsibilities

Help shape and expand the global electrical product portfolio for material handling industrial vehicles and construction & agricultural machinery.

• Product Development: You take ownership of specific product groups within the Electrical team. You grow and refine your product portfolio through market research internal and external networking competitor analysis visiting trade fairs and leveraging TVHs supplier network. You identify new suppliers and together with the Supplier Manager negotiate technical requirements pricing and qualityaiming to reduce purchase costs and strengthen our market position.

• Procurement: You ensure product quality availability and reliable delivery to the customer. When any of these aspects come under pressure you react quickly solve the issue and safeguard the customer experience.

• Quality Management: You evaluate the quality of our suppliers in collaboration with the Quality department. When needed you take constructive action toward suppliers to reach the best possible solution for our customers.

• Performance Management: You use your analytical skills to monitor KPIs and take corrective action when performance indicators show risk. You respond proactively and maintain a data-driven solution-oriented mindset.

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy with the freedom to make independent decisions while always being able to rely on your team to develop effective action plans together.

Your Profile

• Bachelor-level mindset with strong interest in technical products and electrification trends.

• No deep technical expertise requiredextensive internal training and highly knowledgeable colleagues will support you.

• Commercial flair and strong communication skills.

• Able to build strong connections and collaborate smoothly with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw clear conclusions from data.

• Curious persistent and eager to learn.

• Proactive and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English; French or German is a plus.

• A true team player: structured autonomous and project-driven.
