YOUR MISSION

Were looking for a Data & Process Automation Intern to join our Business Transformation team supporting key initiatives across Catalog Content and Operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data building dashboards automating workflows and managing projects that improve how our Q-Commerce teams operate. Youll help optimize processes visualize performance metrics and drive efficiency across day-to-day operations.

THE JOURNEY

• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key KPIs across Content Catalog and Ops (e.g. SLAs agent productivity #onboardings AHT operational performance).
• Support data collection cleaning and reporting from various sources (Salesforce Sheets PIM etc.).
• Build and manage automations using tools like Zapier n8n or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual work and connect internal systems.
• Act as a junior project manager for selected Business Transformation initiatives define timelines track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Document workflows track metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Collaborate withlocal and HQ teams to identify data gaps and process inefficiencies proposing actionable improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Strong interest in data automation and project management.
• Experience (academic or self-taught) with Zapier Make n8n or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio Tableau Power BI etc.).
• Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Clear communicator and proactive problem solver comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams.
• Eager to learn and contribute in afast-paced data-driven environment.
