Overview:
The Operations Assistant is responsible for monitoring the conditions of six dance studios on a daily basis and assisting with efficient operations of all Dance Division classes rehearsals meetings and events that take place within those studios. They are additionally responsible for reception secretarial and clerical functions required within the Division as well as assisting the faculty students and guest artists of the Division. This position acts as an assistant to the Dean & Director Associate Director Administrative Director and Assistant Administrative Director of the Division.
This role reports to the Assistant Administrative Director. The hours are typically 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri in-person. Some evenings & weekends may be required.
The salary range for this role is $48000-$50000 annually.
