| Job Summary: |
This position will be responsible for reviewing and processing applications for grandfathered rights in the Douglas AMA assisting in the administration of the conservation programs of the Active Management Areas (AMAs) Section as described in the Management Plans; developing an accurate understanding of applicable laws rules statutes policies and procedures in use by ADWR and communicating them to the regulated community and interested parties on a regular basis via written communication phone call and meetings.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

| Pre-Employment Requirements: |
Four (4) years of technical/paraprofessional level experience in water resource management oriented experience:Post-high school coursework from an accredited institution in a closely related field may substitute for the technical/paraprofessional experience; OR
Bachelors degree in a related field; OR Any combination of training and experience that meets the knowledge skills and abilities (KSAs)
Related field degrees may include planning agricultural and/or natural resource management environmental planning agricultural and/or natural resource economics or other related field
