What awaits you/ Job Profile
| Were hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the Cloud Data Hub is robust reliable and user-friendly. The Cloud Data Hub is a large-scale AWS-based data platform with integrations to Snowflake Azure and SAP. As our QA Engineer you will be the last line of approval before changes go live combining manual testing expertise with a drive to increase automation coverage over time. Responsibilities: - Own the quality gate: perform final testing and approval of all changes before production release.
- Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and integrations.
- Conduct manual testing (exploratory regression) to identify critical issues early.
- Develop and extend automated test suites for our Python backend and TypeScript frontend.
- Collaborate with engineers who write unit and functional tests ensuring full coverage and quality standards.
- Validate data pipeline quality and correctness across AWS-based workflows.
- Participate in release planning to define testing scope risks and acceptance criteria.
- Help evolve our CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing smoothly.

What should you bring along
| - Experience testing cloud-based applications (AWS experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of both manual and automated testing strategies.
- Hands-on with automated testing frameworks (e.g. PyTest Playwright Cypress).
- Ability to design and organize test cases for complex systems and integrations.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and backend workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to advocate for quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Work often in CET timezone.
- Outstanding Analytical and Communication Skills MUST
