About the role:

We are seeking a Channel and Editorial Manager to join our dynamic communications team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of our channel communications plan across digital platforms serving both internal and external audiences.

You will oversee content production editorial processes and content governance ensuring all communications are relevant timely and aligned with Linklaters brand and objectives. By leading content scheduling optimisation and continuous improvement you will play a crucial part in driving the firms communications strategy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the creation editing scheduling and publication of digital content across various channels including the firms intranet newsletters website and digital displays.
  • Manage editorial calendars production schedules and approval workflows for efficient and high-quality content delivery.
  • Coordinate multimedia content production working with both internal and external contributors (e.g. writers designers video producers).
  • Ensure all digital content meets our quality brand accessibility and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools preparing regular reports and recommending improvements.
  • Implement best editorial and content governance practices supporting ongoing compliance and innovation.
  • Advise on digital storytelling content development and platform use to maximise engagement.
  • Champion operational efficiency and identify opportunities for workflow or process innovation.

We are ideally looking for:

  • Significant experience in content or editorial management digital publishing or communications operations ideally within professional services or a complex organisation.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) multimedia production and editorial processes.
  • Strong data literacy and experience working with analytics and reporting tools to inform content strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and contributors while maintaining high editorial standards.
  • Background or training in digital accessibility compliance and quality assurance.
  • Excellent written verbal and editorial skills.
  • Highly organised detail-oriented and skilled in prioritising competing demands.
  • Collaborative communicative and able to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Solution-oriented adaptable and proactive in improving operations.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
