Altrad is an international group active in industrial services with a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation. For our global organization we are looking for a motivated AI Solutions Engineer who can inspire and guide colleagues in discovering and applying artificial intelligence in their daily work.
Your mission
AI is hot. But for us its still fresh. Were looking for a curious mind eager to dive into the world of artificial intelligence not to code themselves but to help others understand and work with it.
You will be our AI ambassador: you activate people organize trainings extract knowledge from teams and translate it into clear applications. You are the bridge between human and machine between I have no idea and aha thats how it works!
What will you do
- Explore AI tools and discover how they can truly be useful in the workplace.
- Develop training materials lead workshops and serve as the go-to person for AI-related questions within the organization.
- Collect document and implement best practices such as effective prompts AI agents and other practical applications that help move the organization forward.
- Identify and solve universal use cases.
- Roll out AI initiatives across the entire holding. (Your base is in Verrebroek but youll work for the group globally.)
- Initially work closely with your manager and receive training then gradually work more independently.
- Occasionally travel internationally.
Who are we looking for
- You hold a Masters degree in a relevant field such as computer science engineering economics or business engineering.
- You have a healthy dose of curiosity and logical thinking.
- Youre eager to learn: attend trainings understand AI and handle abstraction.
- Youre social ask questions and are a good listener.
- You enjoy sharing knowledge and seeing others grow.
- You speak Dutch English and French fluently.
- You possess a strong level of maturity as youll interact with various internal and external stakeholders from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
- Experience is not required the right mindset is everything.
