Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day equipment maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot repair and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe reliable and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Perform basic electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and related tools
Read and follow work orders to determine repair needs
Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Participate in daily shift meetings to prioritize tasks
Keep work areas clean safe and organized
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Basic understanding of mechanical electrical and control systems
Ability to use hand tools and specialized tools
Overhead crane troubleshooting experience preferred
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail safety and communication
Ability to work independently and within a team
