IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Muscat. This full-time on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start their careers in the Hospital and Health Care industry. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

In this role you will be responsible for managing front desk operations including greeting patients handling inquiries and scheduling appointments. Your contributions will help us maintain high standards of patient care and support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and files
  • Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle billing and insurance inquiries as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
