At Breeze we are building towards a future where people spend less time on their phones and more time connecting in real life.

The Breeze app is the dating app for real dates. Weve built the worlds first service that organizes actual offline dates at scale. On Breeze users skip the online chat. Once you match you pick a time and we organize a real-life date at one of our partnered venues.

So far weve organized close to 600.000 dates and are live in the Netherlands Germany Belgium France the UK and New York.

About the role

Our product team is growing fast and were looking for a Flutter developer who can take real ownership of app development. This role is about building high-quality features making sound technical decisions and shipping consistently in close collaboration with design and backend.

Youll join the Datemakers product team and will be expected to ramp up quickly work independently and contribute meaningfully to both product development and the wider App Guild.

Build and own features. You develop app features and user flows end-to-end based on Figma designs. You collaborate early with designers to assess feasibility and trade-offs and with backend and QA to ensure smooth delivery from concept to production.

Sprint Workflow. You actively participate in 2-week sprint cycles. You help define scope set realistic deadlines and deliver high-quality work. When timelines are at risk you proactively flag this and propose solutions such as reducing scope or shifting priorities.

Continuous Improvement. You dont just add features you leave the code better than you found it. You refactor when needed follow our conventions and write clear well-documented code. Your pull requests are structured easy to review and ready for handover.

Communicate clearly and early. You actively seek feedback including critical or dissenting perspectives early in the implementation process. If you run into issues for example with backend dependencies you investigate and propose solutions instead of waiting.

Rotterdam Ready. You work from our Rotterdam office at least 3 days per week collaborating closely with the product and engineering team.
