The Remote Engagement Strategist is responsible for managing high-quality virtual conversations with clients seeking solutions for their personal goals. You will lead clients through detailed needs assessments help them compare available options and provide thoughtful explanations tailored to their circumstances. This role requires the ability to balance active listening with clear direction ensuring each client receives personalized and actionable guidance. You will manage a structured workflow ensuring consistent follow-up accurate note-taking and reliable communication. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys strategic problem-solving and values the importance of building long-term professional relationships.
