Position Summary: CompDrughas an opportunity for a PerinatalLinkage Coordinatorwhose focus will beconnectingpregnant individuals actively engaged in substance usewith substance use disorder treatment and other community resources to support theirphysical and emotionalcare needs.

- Full time40 hoursper week
- 80%Onsite andin community /20% Remote
- Reports to:Director of Programs and Grants
Essential Functions - Provide linkage to behavioral health treatment and other resourcesforidentifiedindividuals in the community
- Initiate contact with referrals from community partners and organizations.
- Uphold regular contact with clients tomaintainrapport.
- Workwithcommunitypartnersand organizations to coordinate community outreach efforts.
- Represent CompDrug at community events such as community baby showers and family resource fairs.
- Host andparticipateincommunity partner meetingsin personor virtually.
- Participate in local and state committee and partner meetings as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal team to refer clients to CompDrug services.
- Ensure grant deliverables are met.
- Ensure that grant requirements and responsibilities are met andmaintained.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Regular andtimelyattendance.
- Participate inCompDrugscompliance processes including annual background checks and credentialing.

- Experienceengagingdirectlywithindividualsexperiencingsubstanceusemental health unstable housing and poverty.
- Comfortable working in outreach settings that include but are not limited to encampments shelters and residential in case management care coordination and/or homevisiting preferred.
- Grant coordinationexperiencepreferred.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent collaborativecommunicationand interpersonal skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position works in the office in the fieldrepresentsCompDrugat events in the community - this includes walking sitting standing. This position receives deliveries andpackages ofsupplies in boxes and bags weighing up to 30pounds. This position also gathers supplies loads into a cart loads cart into vehicleunloadsand pushes or pulls cart to booths at events - sets display tables which includes crouching down stretching and using fingersarmsand hands to manipulate objects. Uses a laptop computer and cell phone. Talkslistensand reads.
