In this role you will report to the Senior Director ofSocial Mediaand Influencer Marketing andassistwith strategy and execution of Hourglass current and growing influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building strategies and creative conceptsidentifyingand engaging influencers managing outreach programs and creating engaging brand worthy content.

You should have a deep-rooted interest in beauty and lifestyle with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture. Success in this role requires a well-rounded knowledge of the influencer and social media landscape both paid and earned. Moreover you are data-driven and can transform numbers into stories on which you will base your strategic decisions.

Experience in community building programs is key and strong cross-functional communication skills is a must; both verbally and written.

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Develop influencer campaign strategiesfor both paid and earned: from creative concept to influencerselection all based on datainsightsand trends
  • Execute influencer campaigns: influencer outreach negotiationbriefingcontracting content review
  • Lead on talent discovery building andmaintaininginfluencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions.
  • Support global mailer program
  • Build and manage community events
  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for key stakeholdersutilizingsocial listening tools such as Creator IQ TribeTraackr etc.
  • Responsible for tracking andmaintainingthe influencer database to ensure it is up to date
  • Responsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept
  • Partner with Social Paid Media and PR teams to build synergies between our programs
  • Manage the affiliate marketing program in partnership with the Digital and eCommerce teams
  • Demonstrateabilityto think both creatively and critically willing tothink outside the boxand challenge the status quo whiledemonstratingsound judgement in strategic decision making.
  • Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Energetic self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills to formulate and articulate value points to internal & external teams
  • Strong attention to detail highly entrepreneurial creative open mindedpersistentand highly collaborative with a passion for and understanding of the influencer/social space and the ability to quickly learn aboutnew technologiesand platforms
  • Demonstrates ability to think both creatively and critically; willing tothink outside the boxand challenge the status quo whiledemonstratingsound judgment in strategic decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years influencer marketing experience with minimum 3 years in Beauty
  • Passionate about the Beauty Industry
  • Strong project management skills timings details oriented flawless execution
  • Must understand Influencer Marketing to its core
  • Must have excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Up to date with social culture and trends
  • Established relationships with influencers and industry players
  • Knowledge of international talent is a plus
  • Proven success in community building
  • Understands best-in-class content storytelling
  • Must have a good understanding of paid media (opportunities and limitations)
  • Data orientedeach activation informs the following ones
  • Must feel comfortable with delivering insights that havereal businessimpact
  • Must be an excellent communicator natural networker team player and highly organized
  • Keeps a balance between personal accountability and delivery through teamwork
  • Has workedin or witha multi-stakeholder environment and knows how to collaborate to get the job done internally or externally.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities work at pace and offer support across concurrent projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent power point and presentation creation skills
  • Good knowledge of communications technologies especially but not limited to the Microsoft Office 365 suite with strong SharePoint skills
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $90000 $ 95000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience skills education geographic location and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
