Outside Sales Representative

• Lead Generation: Collaborate with the owner and remote support team to identify commercial properties for outreach. Visit sites in person initiate conversations and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Sales Consultation: Provide professional friendly and informative consultations to prospective clients. Understand their needs and offer customized power washing solutions.
• Estimate Delivery: Learn how to scope price and present power washing estimates for both residential and commercial jobs.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with property managers referral partners (e.g. painters realtors HOAs) and community contacts to drive long-term business.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and estimates using our systems and tools and work toward weekly and monthly targets.

• Previous Sales Experience: Ideally experience with residential or commercial clients but a motivated confident communicator with a willingness to learn is even better.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly approachable and able to engage comfortably with both homeowners and business professionals.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in the field while staying accountable to clear performance goals.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using technology to track leads log activity and communicate with the team.
• Drivers License: Must have a valid license and access to reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement provided.

• Base Salary: $36000 annual salary
• Uncapped Commission: Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses (targeted at 1-2x base salary for all-in compensation of $72000-$108000)
• Mentorship and Support: Ongoing coaching from the owner plus remote team support for research and lead generation
• Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into a leadership role and expand your responsibilities over time
• Gas Reimbursement: Compensation for mileage and travel costs in your assigned territory
