Collect and recover customer receivables and debt.
Accurately and timely code and record cash receipts into accounting system.
Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the customers by reducing debt aging maximizing cash collection.
Investigate and resolve problems related to cash applications and coordination with the customers on timely basis.
Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying classifying and recording Accounts receivable data.
Reconcile the accounts receivables ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify and investigate discrepancies if any by reconciling customer accounts and monthly customer statements.
Generate and publish reports detailing accounts receivables ageing its analysis and action plans.
Understand income accounts and cost centers mapping.
Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes with regard to local tax requirements Banking requirements etc.
Drive targeted SLA and accomplish on daily basis.
Required Skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to think critically by applying problem solving practices using technology and other resources appropriately.
Proven customer service verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish strong client relationship.
Experience
Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years of work experience specifically in handling O2C
Working knowledge of SAP MS Excel PowerPoint
Required Education
Bachelors degree in commerce
