Job Summary

Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Release purchase requisition following up order acknowledgement and expediting delivery time with both local and overseas suppliers
Material planning including material alert reports forecast and accuracy analysis
Monitor inventory level including Raw material ABC method DOH excess and obsolete stock analysis customer stock risk management
Coordinate with sourcing and engineering teams for order changes new suppliers and new materials workflow.
Coordinate with logistics team for shipment information preparation for Customs clearance checking with planning team for material availability to ensure the stability of production.
Evaluate and improve on supplier delivery performance PDSL delivery frequency safety stock etc.

For This Role You Will Need:

Bachelor degree in business mechanical logistics supply chain or related background
Min 3 years purchasing and material management experience
Knowledge in supply chain concepts ERP
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well spoken and written in English
Caution proactive and willing to work under pressure
