Lead multi-channel paid media strategy across Meta Google and TikTok for a rapidly scaling e-commerce brand. Manage a multi-million-pound budget to drive growth and profitability working hands-on to optimize campaigns test creatives and integrate paid efforts with wider marketing. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain brand voice while achieving performance targets.
