What youll do

The Technical Support team provides timely assistance to resolve technical issues for global customers. As a passionate problem solver your regular activities will include evaluating setting and managing customer reported problems including escalation activities and communications. Youll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day.

As an intern you might:

Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues ensuring timely and accurate resolutions under team guidance.
Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex cases ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
Assist in documenting customer interactions and solutions maintaining clear records for future reference and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

Target majors include all the STEM faculties Engineering Statistics Computer Science or equivalent.
Youre a college student enrolled in an accredited program who is graduating inor 2026.
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.

Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate youll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
Youre interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
Youre curious passionate authentic and accountable. These are ourvalues and influence everything we do.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is preferred: Windows UNIX or Linux. General understanding of Windows Unix and Linux is required.
Basic knowledge of Python R SQL SAS is preferred.
