POSITION: Legal - Trust Administrative Professional
FULLTIME: 12/29/25 - 12/28/26 (temp to hire assignment)
LOCATION: Providence RI(onsite)
SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-5pm
PAY RANGE: $19.61/HR

Job Description:
Responsible for working closely with Private Bank Trust Officers and Trust Support associates to support functions related to investment management and trust account administration. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring and executing account maintenance requests processing new and renewal discretionary action requests resolving administrative review action items and driving client digital engagement and adoption. May be asked to participate in ad-hoc projects prepare reports and conduct research.
Responsibilities:
Supports and facilitates client requests to achieve Private Bank client experience standards including fulfillment of client needs and expectations across all products
Partners with client teams specialists and centralized service teams to deliver Private Bank capabilities and solutions
Identifies and resolves client issues in an effective and timely manner
Adheres to Private Bank and Enterprise risk framework and complies with regulatory and legal requirements
Assists with the Private Bank client management process
Performs tasks necessary to mitigate fiduciary risks including addressing client issues and concerns
BA/BS degree in Business Finance or Economics desired

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED/Secondary School or equivalent; 2-3 years prior trust administration and support experience.
