In this role you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives contributing to increased efficiency reduced costs and improved quality. Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering or mathematics.
  • 2 years of experience in advanced manufacturing process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as automation robotics and additive manufacturing.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.

WE VALUE

  • Masters degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in leading process improvement projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing.

Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers including aircraft manufacturers and operators and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems mechanical components and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.
