Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage a dynamic BDC team and assuring adherence to brand and management standards.
- Oversee workflow and coordinate staff schedules to alight with business needs.
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Weekend attendance required. We are closed on Sundays.
Qualifications
- The candidate must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the workday.
- Friendly competitive personality.
- Exceptional communication listening and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service communication skills computer and basic math skills
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
You will report to the Fixed Operations Director of your respective dealership.
This is not a remote position.
