Job Summary
Position: General Laborer - Production
Location: Cincinnati OH
About The Role
Were seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our production team! This role is responsible for the Scrapping process of removing excess paperboard from products such as folding cartons and air filter frames. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in accuracy and quality craftsmanship we would like to meet you!
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts 4 days per week Monday - Thursday 5:00 am 3:30 pm.
- Occasional overtime on Fridays.
- No weekends
What Youll Do
- Remove excess paperboard from die-cut items using air and manual scrapping hammers
- Inspect products for accuracy quality and proper scoring
- Use a manual pallet jack to move die-cut loads to the scrapping area
- Prepare finished skids for gluing or shipping
- Label wrap and state materials as needed

Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to stand bend and lift (up to 50 lbs)
- We provide full training manual pallet jack experience is a plus
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to read understand and communicate effectively in English
