Qualifications for a Clinical Manager Designee

This role is a dedicated pathway to a Clinical Manager position designed for a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse ready to advance into clinical leadership.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
A minimum of two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.

Preferred Experience:

A Foundation for Leadership: Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus providing a solid base for this growth-oriented role.
Shaping the Future of Care: Prior home healthcare experience is a preferred qualification offering direct insight into our client-focused mission.
Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilator care is also highly valued.

Compensation & Schedule:

This is a full-time office-based position (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
A flexible mindset is required as the roles responsibilities will occasionally extend beyond standard office hours to meet client needs.
$37.00 - $40.00/Hour
