Top SecretAs an Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Lead you will supervise the configuration installation hosting and performance of operations and maintenance for a large global installation of the ACAS Tool Suite with multiple installations of Tenable Security Centers (SC) Nessus Managers (NM) Nessus Agent deployments (NA) Nessus Scanners (NS) and Nessus Network Monitors (NNM). You will oversee the teams support Subscribers at Military Treatment Facilities Programs of Record Other Lines of Business and the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) teams with their requirements to maintain their organizations compliance.
Position Requirements and Duties- As the ACAS Team Lead this individual will oversee all aspects of the DHA ACAS enterprise including managing repositories providing vulnerability & remediation assistance DISA SCAP content account administration application troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with relevant JFHQ-DODIN TASKORDS and DISA Guidance.
- Additional duties will include SOP POA&M and CCB administration outage notifications monitoring/reporting scanner health and compliance reporting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- The Team Lead will be responsible for team management training and resource allocation.
- This position requires a high degree of organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and customers and driving process improvements.
- Up to 20% Travel may be required
Minimum Qualifications- US Citizen
- Bachelors degree in relevant technical discipline
- At least 8 years of IT/Cyber Security experience
- At least 5 years of ACAS experience
Desired Qualifications- Strong understanding of common enterprise technologies
- Familiarity with various Host-Based Tools
- Experience with short-suspense deadlines and an ability to manage fluid priorities.
- Experience managing a team responsible for an enterprise ACAS infrastructure.
- Experience working within a large enterprise ACAS deployment.
- Experience with MHS Help Desk ServiceNow Ticketing System.
- Experience with command line applications.
- Proficient with desktop programs such as Adobe Acrobat MS Excel MS Word.
- Experience with fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with short-suspense deadlines.
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Experience with MS OneDrive.
- Experience with MS Teams.
Certifications- DoD 8570 IAT Level II DoD 8140 CSSP Auditor and IAM Level II certifications.
