DEKA Research and Development housed in Manchester NH has an amazing opportunity for a passionate ControlsEngineer. While collaborating within their team engineers will:
- Develop and maintain control systems for innovative medical and robotic products; write software on a ROS operating system; and write software in C for vision systems and for navigation and planning.
- Develop and design new prototype devices using software robotic operating system; use system design and integration as well as linear (PID Controllers)/non-linear control system design techniques.
- Design systems using mechanical electrical design and software development skills; and model systems using Python programming language.
- Develop medical devices according to FDA design practices.
- Perform failure mode analysis on control systems.
Requirements:
The minimum educational requirements are aBachelors degreein Mechanical ElectricalorMechatronics Engineeringandtwoyearsof experience in any suitable occupation relatedto Control Engineering. Experiencewithin both the Electrical and Mechanical disciplines is required.
Experiencemust includeat least:
- 1yearof experience withControls ROS vision navigation and planning
- 1yearof experience withPython and C
- 1yearof experienceusingPID controllers.
