ClientAn ambitious full service leading UK law firm who have experienced growth over a number of years
Role- Acting for a range of clients on a variety of financing issues
- Assist the team in managing a large caseload of secured lending transactions for banks and specialist lenders
- Act as a key point of contact for clients building trusting relationships
- Playing an active role in business development
You- 3 years PQE withstrong knowledge of commercial and/or residential property and a genuine interest in real estate finance
- Experience of managing caseloads with minimal supervision
- Commercial mindset and committed to excellent client service
- IT competency including Microsoft Office time recording and case management software digital dictation
