Our global Executive Compensation and Board Advisory (ECBA) expertise and experience helps organisations to make sound decisions about how and how much to pay senior executives Board members or all employees. Manage large-scale data conduct quantitative analyses prepare reports and deliverables and contribute to clients success through the quality of your work results - Participate in client meetings serve as a contact to clients on delivery of services and answer questions applying your technical expertise - Work directly with both external and internal contacts to help projects and team operation success.



Responsibilities

Performance Objectives:


Clients
- Establish a trusted professional personal-brand recognition externally and internally
- Demonstrate ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
- Develop own insights and publish newsletters or make internal presentations on ECBA topics supported by data analytics

Financial
- Meet own billable hours and team revenue goals
- Draft statements of work project plans and budgets involving multiple workflows
- Manage billing and AR collections


Excellence
- Implement WTW Performance Excellence policy and procedures
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches be innovative proactive and efficient to improvement effectiveness and efficiency of teamwork
- Constantly build and deepen your technical knowledge and skills in the area of ECBA and the broader Work and Rewards fields


People
- Win respect by demonstration of WTW values and own work discipline / expertise
- Actively participate in external and internal teamwork to build soft skills
- Be a self-driven fast learner and take control of own career development



Qualifications

A degree in Mathematics Statistics Business Finance Human Resources Social Studies or a related field
Minimum 2-4 years in business strategy planning agile organization transformation and/or change management initiatives experiences either in consulting or corporate role
Good knowledge in organization transformation projects and HR domains with growth mindset
Self-motivated achiever with a value for integrity client-focus teamwork respect and excellence
Analytical mindset entrepreneurial spirit and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to the challenges and changing needs from the role and work environment
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
Passion to acquire internalize and share new information and knowledge with others
