DVM Travel Operations North Carolina
A dynamic veterinary group in the North Carolina area is seeking a Travel Operations Partner to help support and strengthen multiple hospitals across the region. This unique opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys balancing hands-on clinical work with leadership mentorship and operational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional clinical care while maintaining a personal caseload
Mentor and support veterinarians including recent graduates through hands-on guidance and case discussions
Partner with hospital teams to improve efficiency patient outcomes and client experience
Collaborate with leadership to ensure strong medical standards and consistent hospital operations
Participate in recruitment onboarding and development of veterinary professionals
Review performance metrics help guide resource allocation and maintain compliance with medical protocols and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain) in the relevant state(s)
Minimum of 35 years of clinical experience
Strong interpersonal mentoring and leadership abilities
Willingness to travel regionally to support assigned hospitals
