Job Title: Risk Consulting Creative Services (Associate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Associate Designer with strong expertise in PowerPoint and Word design as well as video production to join our Risk Consulting (RC) Creative Services team. This role is responsible for developing visually compelling presentations Word-based reports video content and other design assets while ensuring full adherence to RSMs brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of visual storytelling presentation design principles and video production fundamentals along with exceptional attention to detail in brand application. They should be able to translate complex information into clear engaging and visually consistent materials for both internal and external audiences maintaining the integrity of the RSM brand across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

PowerPoint Design: Lead the creation of professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that communicate ideas clearly utilizing RSMs brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
Video Content Creation: Develop and edit video content for various purposes including internal videos marketing and consultants-facing projects. Ensure that video assets are aligned with RSMs brand identity and visual standards.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work adheres to RSMs brand guidelines maintaining the organizations visual identity across presentations videos and other materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including the RC Creative Services Supervisor RC Creative Services Lead and members of the RC practice and leadership to understand project requirements objectives and deadlines. Provide creative solutions that are tailored to meet the specific goals of each project.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Creative Solutions: Develop and propose innovative design solutions for complex business needs utilizing PowerPoint and video content as primary tools for storytelling and communication.
Communication: Collaborate closely with consultants across different departments to understand their needs and objectives ensuring brand requirements are integrated from the outset.
Trend Awareness: Keep updated with design trends presentation techniques video editing tools and emerging technologies incorporating fresh ideas while maintaining brand alignment.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in graphic design Visual Communications Digital Media or a related field.
2 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on PowerPoint design Word document design and video production preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint Word file and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects or similar tools.
Strong understanding of RSMs brand guidelines with the ability to apply them consistently across various design deliverables.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to balance creative vision with brand consistency including knowledge of typography color theory composition and layout.
Proven experience creating and editing high-quality videos for purposes such as marketing training and consultant presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
