We are seeking a proactive and technically skilledOperations and Support Managerto lead day-to-day support operations across our enterprise technology stack. Day to Day:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to PL/SQL Oracle MongoDB Control-M and Azure environments.
- Monitor and respond to incoming trouble tickets ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code database performance job scheduling and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize Control-M job flows including job failures dependencies and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide operational support for Oracle and MongoDB databases including backups restores and performance tuning.
- Maintain and monitor Azure cloud resources ensuring availability cost-efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document support procedures resolutions and system configurations for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or automation opportunities.

Essentials:
- 5 yearsof experience in PL/SQL development and Oracle database support.
- Hands-on experience withControl-Mjob scheduling and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge ofMongoDBadministration and support.
- Experience managing and supportingAzure cloud servicesin a production environment.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve technical support tickets efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience working a differentiator.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Certifications in Oracle MongoDB Azure or ITIL are a plus.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Jira Service Desk).
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps support environments.
