We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Support Engineers to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support queries ensuring seamless service for our customers. This role offers a pathway to deeper technical responsibilities in our Azure-based platform evolving into a key technical contributor as we scale.

What you will do:

- Respond promptly to customer support queries ensuring a high level of service.

The ideal candidate:
