The Roles Primary Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management across the full lifecyclefrom initiation through to closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines budgets resources risks and communication strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams vendors and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress using appropriate tools and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Identify and manage risks issues and dependencies implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Maintain project documentation ensuring accuracy version control and stakeholder accessibility.
Communicate regularly with senior leadership stakeholders and sponsors providing status updates escalations and strategic guidance.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies tools and templates.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management capabilities within the organisation.
Desirable Skills:
5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in delivering medium-to-large scale projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Agile PRINCE2 PMBOK).
Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project JIRA Asana or Smartsheet.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and working with executive leadership.
Strong budget resource and risk management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification preferred.
Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master SAFe) are a plus.
