WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE
As our Lead Event Coordinator your responsibilities will include but wont be limited to:
- Planning events throughout the year and managing the essential aspects like budgets timelines staffing booth assets vendor contracts and safety compliance
- Receiving requests from local teams and maintaining our annual event calendar
- Engaging in email social media and partner channel marketing initiatives to increase registrations and raise attendance
- Maintaining playbooks and inventory coordinating shipping and implementing lead capture systems (QR codes badge scans etc.) for every event
- Completing and delivering reports within 5 business days of the events completion
- Maintaining our companys standards safety compliance and incident reporting procedures
WHAT DO YOU NEED
- Project management experience
- Contract negotiation experience
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal staff
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete quality work under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Passion for event planning and customer service
- Valid drivers license
OUR IDEAL LEAD EVENT COORDINATOR:
- Experience in the agriculture or construction industry
- Experience using Trello Eventify Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
- Comfort with operating small tractors gators and related equipment
