We are a dedicated team committed to supporting children aged 04 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through personalised early intervention using the Portage Model.

Our work includes developmental assessments engaging educational activities and tailored resources all while managing individual caseloads and maintaining accurate digital records.

We work closely with families offering both emotional and practical support. By attending multi-agency meetings and advocating for parental voices we help families navigate the early stages of their SEND journey with confidence and care.

About You

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to work with pre-school children (aged 04) who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) complex medical needs or social and communication needs. The successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of child development and be skilled in assessing and implementing targeted strategies and interventions that support early development. They must demonstrate a strong commitment to working in partnership with families carers and health professionals ensuring a child-centred approach that promotes collaboration and holistic support.
