About Working Student in Warehouse Logistics (part-time) (m/f/d)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Logistics Team. This role supports the smooth execution of logistics processes and inventory management to support our operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Active support in the daily logistics business and with administrative tasks.
Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics operations including shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
Support in creating and maintaining delivery and inventory documents.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Utilize logistics management software to track and report on inventory and shipment status.
Responsibilities:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Masters program at a German university (Mandatory).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and/or English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Studies related to logistics supply chain or a related field.
- Experience with logistics management software or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices.
