Were seeking an accomplished Senior architect to join our Brisbane studio as Project Team Leader taking a key leadership role on one of Queenslands largest new health infrastructure projects.
This position suits a registered architect operating at Senior Associate level who thrives on leading multidisciplinary teams fostering a strong design culture and guiding complex project delivery from early design through to construction.
Youll be a central point of coordination ensuring design quality collaboration and communication remain at the highest standard across a large team and with our client partners.
Qualifications :
- 12 15 years of professional experience in architecture including large-scale infrastructure projects
- Registered Architect (or eligibility for registration in Queensland)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams of 20 people
- Demonstrated experience on complex health education infrastructure or major civic projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills with confidence engaging directly with clients
- Deep understanding of design management documentation and coordination processes
- Proficiency in Revit and collaborative digital design workflows
- Ability to navigate complex project phases including ECI and Design & Construct
- Experience maintaining design quality alignment with scope and resourcing requirements
- Strong sense of accountability teamwork and adaptability in fast-moving project environments
