Job Summary
Gaming Attendants Springwood Hotel Join the Action
Were looking for friendly energetic Gaming Attendants to join our team and help deliver a first-class guest experience. Youll be part of a high-energy fast-paced floor that will feature up to 45 gaming machines once the venue reopens.
If you enjoy being hands-on love interacting with guests and thrive in a team environment this is the role for you.
What Youll Do:
- Assist guests on the gaming floor with machines and promotions
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain compliance and follow all gaming regulations
- Support the Gaming Supervisor and Manager in floor operations
- Keep the gaming floor tidy organised and ready for action
About you:
- Friendly approachable and customer-focused
- Enjoy working in fast-paced high-energy environments
- Calm under pressure with great problem-solving skills
- Team player who can follow procedures and instructions
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
