Job Summary

About the Role

 Work in the Sales Team to deliver excellent experience for customers including key FMCG and Pharma accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities including acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.
  • Spot new opportunities and drive them forward.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand NIQ Brandbank services and explain the benefits clearly.
  • Identify ways to add value and grow revenue.
  • Improve customer processes and create custom reports.
  • Respond to requests on the same day.
  • Build strong relationships with customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments on key accounts.
  • Manage projects and accounts effectively.

 

About You

  • Confident communicator professional and well-presented.
  • Experience in customer relationship building (preferably B2B).
  • Organized proactive and adaptable.
  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills.

 

Requirements

  • 13 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent Romanian good English; Hungarian is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office applications: Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook etc.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Professional proactive and detail-conscious.
