Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and organized Design Coordinator to join our creative team in Bengaluru India. As a Design Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Middle East Project Experience is preferred
- Collaborate with designers clients and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication
- Organize and maintain design files assets and project documentation
- Schedule and coordinate design review meetings presentations and client approvals
- Assist in creating project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials
- Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback
- Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management
- 3-6 years of experience in design coordination or a similar role
- Middle East Project Experience is preferred
- Proficiency in design software particularly Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of design principles trends and best practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
