Qualifications :

- Experienced in handling a wide range of employee relations cases with care confidence and compassion.
- A CIPD qualification or meaningful real-world HR experience that reflects deep commitment to people and culture.
- Comfortable working alongside external partners like ACAS union reps and employment lawyers to find balanced respectful resolutions.
- A natural relationship-builder who becomes a trusted voice for colleagues and leaders alike.
- Well-versed in the employee journey and HR processes with hands-on experience in fast-paced change-rich settingsespecially those shaped by mergers and acquisitions.
