We are seeking a Product Manager who is strategic data-driven and comfortable working at the intersection of technology and return well give you the opportunity to define products that have a direct impact on revenue shape the user experience for our internal teams and collaborate with a cross-functional group of engineers designers and data experts who value innovation and impact.
The Ad Tech team is developing and evolving Dailymotions in-house monetization platform a core system that powers our global advertising business. Youll own our Ad Delivery platform that serves as the command center for our Ad Operations teams helping them configure monitor and optimize the entire revenue pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for Dailymotions Ad Platform user interface and workflow tools.
- Work closely with users and internal stakeholders to understand needs pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex advertising concepts and data workflows into clear intuitive user experiences.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver features from conception to launch ensuring quality and usability at every step.
- Prioritize initiatives using data-driven insights and business impact.
- Support integration and configuration of external AdTech partners (e.g. DMPs DSPs measurement vendors).
- Ensure consistent product documentation release notes and internal training materials.
- Collaborate with other product managers in the AdTech and Monetization teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA COPPA etc.).
- Monitor platform adoption engagement and performance to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications :
About You
- 3-5 years of product management experience ideally within AdTech MarTech or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts (ad serving targeting measurement etc.).
- Experience building or managing B2B or internal-facing SaaS tools with a focus on UI/UX.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure success.
- Curious structured and motivated by solving user problems through thoughtful design and execution.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising (SSP DSP DMP).
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Exposure to analytics or visualization tools (Looker Tableau etc.).
- Experience with SQL
