This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time scheduling options. Youll handle the accurate and timely submission of manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims while ensuring the proper collection of all warranty revenue.

Responsibilities
- Follow all manufacturer and aftermarket warranty policies and procedures
- Build productive relationships with manufacturer and warranty company representatives
- Review warranty repair orders for accuracy completeness and legibility
- Work closely with Service Advisors the Service Director and Technicians to ensure proper documentation
- Determine and enter correct labor operation codes failure codes and other required administrative data
- Submit warranty claims using current administrative tools
- Ensure deductibles are properly documented and collected
- Review and correct returned or rejected claims for prompt resubmission
- Maintain organized records of all submitted returned/rejected or paid claims and review status with the Service Director daily
- Collaborate with the shop foreman lead technicians service advisors and Service Director regarding warranty claims
- Strong organization and attention to detail are essential
Qualifications
- Warranty administrator experience or strong mechanical knowledge required.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience. Ideal for someone with service advisor experience!
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office
