Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $78000 - $103000/year
Additional Earning Potential:
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9000 annually)
- Signing or relocation bonuses up to $10000

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based ABA programming to pediatric clients
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to your RBT team
- Conduct comprehensive program reviews and assessments
- Maintain accurate timely documentation
- Lead parent training sessions and collaborative meetings
- Support RBT professional development and skill-building
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on integrated care plans
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
- Current BCBA Certification in good standing
- Passion for pediatric care and family-centered practice
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand/walk for 4-6 hours daily
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending reaching and precise motor function with both hands
