What were looking for:

Agile Leadership: Strong commitment to guiding teams in Agile principles and helping them achieve high performance.
Coaching Skills: Ability to coach teams on Agile practices monitor their maturity and drive continuous improvement.
Team Facilitation: Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Process Optimization: Ability to identify inefficiencies track performance metrics (velocity time-to-market etc.) and support teams in improving delivery.
Tool Expertise: Experience configuring and managing Jira or Azure DevOps for scalable team workflows.
Dependency & Risk Management: Skilled at identifying dependencies early avoiding delays and managing risks/issues with clear mitigation plans.
Documentation & Alignment: Ability to document team processes and ensure alignment with organizational Agile guidelines.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.
