Purpose of Position

This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Frontline customer service for Parking Services
Assist customers with parking inquiries via phone email and walk in
Assist office personnel with projects as assigned
Cash handling
Upon hire required PCI compliance training

Minimum Requirements

Valid drivers license
Successful completion of criminal history records check
Experience in customer service
Microsoft Office knowledge
Good communication skills
Good work ethic
Dependable
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
