Status: Hourly Monthly Performance Bonuses
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 $49 per hour with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
- Sign on Bonus: $7500
- Mon 8-6 Tues OFF Wed-Fri 8-5 One Saturday a month 8-12pm
- Average Patients Per Day: 8
