About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Student Enrollment Assistant (English/Mandarin) to support our clients admissions and onboarding this role you will serve as a key point of contact for student applicants providing clear guidance and timely assistance to ensure a smooth and well-informed enrollment journey. You will manage inquiries across multiple communication channels deliver accurate information about application requirements and uphold service standards while maintaining high data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with student applicants through targeted outbound calls to drive confirmations and successful enrollments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone email and chat support.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding application and enrollment procedures.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound inquiries.
  • Meet established service level expectations and maintain strong performance metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately documenting all interactions and information.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational and business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry handling English-Mandarin interactions.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Customer serviceoriented reliable self-motivated and flexible.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
