About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Student Enrollment Assistant (English/Mandarin) to support our clients admissions and onboarding this role you will serve as a key point of contact for student applicants providing clear guidance and timely assistance to ensure a smooth and well-informed enrollment journey. You will manage inquiries across multiple communication channels deliver accurate information about application requirements and uphold service standards while maintaining high data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with student applicants through targeted outbound calls to drive confirmations and successful enrollments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone email and chat support.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding application and enrollment procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound inquiries.
- Meet established service level expectations and maintain strong performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity by accurately documenting all interactions and information.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational and business requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry handling English-Mandarin interactions.
- Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR is an advantage but not required.
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
- Customer serviceoriented reliable self-motivated and flexible.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
