Key Responsibilities

- Having exposure of AI tools to expedite the Hiring process.
- Partner with business leaders to define requirements and plan workforce needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build strong sourcing channels and engage passive talent.
- Guide hiring managers with market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Mentor and manage a small team of recruiters.
- Improve recruitment processes and track performance metrics.
- Support employer branding and help build a strong presence in the tech talent market.
Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with deep focus on tech hiring.
- Proven experience hiring for Data Engineering Data Science ML and related roles.
- Proven experience in handling Recruitment through AI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience closing mid to senior positions.
- Knowledge of ATS tools sourcing platforms and assessment methods.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related fields.
