Job Summary

Regular permanent shifts leading to enhanced work/life balance
Join a team of 120 onsite Allied Health professionals across 13 specialties
Permanent part time 30 hours per week
You will:
- Provide safe respectful and personalised support with daily living and personal care in alignment with Montefiores Mission Vision and Values.
- Work under the guidance of the Leisure & Lifestyle Therapist to enhance residents emotional social and psychological wellbeing through meaningful leisure and lifestyle activities that foster dignity engagement and quality of life.
- Deliver person-centred care in every interaction ensuring each resident feels heard valued and supported.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021).
- Certificate IV Leisure and Health (preferred).
- Cert IV in Ageing Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (Preferred).
- Previous experience in an aged care health care setting (preferred).
- Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care.
- Experience facilitating group and individual activities that promote wellbeing social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of older people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ability to follow care plans and complete required documentation.
