LOB Customer Experience Assistant (Saturday Only)

Permanent

Grade A (pro-rata)

We are a Living Wage Employer and all our roles will be paid as such where the pay scales are below the Living Wage rate.

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 6 hours per week - 10:45-17:15

Do you enjoy helping people working with technology and being part of a vibrant community space The Library of Birmingham is looking for enthusiastic Saturday Assistants to join our team!

What Youll Do:

  • Welcome visitors and help them find what they need
  • Support customers with computers and devices
  • Keep our shelves stocked and organised
  • Handle book loans memberships and simple admin tasks
  • Assist with payments and provide great customer service
  • Help keep the library safe and friendly for everyone
